Dai Fontaines D.C. a Beyoncé: i nominati ai Grammy 2025

Sono state annunciate le nomination della prossima edizione dei Grammy: dai Fontaines D.C. ai Green Day, Charli XCX, Taylor Swift e Rolling Stones. A conquistarne di più però è Beyoncé

Ci siamo, è di nuovo il momento di scoprire chi saranno i protagonisti dei Grammy Awards. Gli Oscar della musica si terranno il prossimo 2 febbraio alla Crypto Arena di Los Angeles, quando finalmente scopriremo tutti i premiati. Nel frattempo ieri sono state rese note le nominations di tutte le categorie e, sulla carta, così come le scorse edizioni, sembra che neanche questa deluderà il pubblico. I progetti musicali candidati devono chiaramente essere stati pubblicati tra il 16 settembre 2023 e il 30 agosto 2024. Così come negli ultimi anni, anche stavolta a dominare la lista dei più nominati ci sono artisti prettamente pop. Tra loro non potevano mancare le nuove promesse del genere, Sabrina Carpenter e Chappel Roan. Le due, insieme a Taylor Swift, conquistano sei categorie ciascuna. Ad aggiudicarsi sette nomination sono stati invece Kendrick Lamar e Post Malone, insieme a Billie Eilish e Charli XCX, che competeranno anche per il riconoscimento più importante: l’album dell’anno.

Oltre alle due giovani artiste, nella categoria Album of The Year troviamo anche Taylor Swift e Beyoncé, quest’ultima regina indiscussa di questa edizione. È infatti la star di fama mondiale, la più nominata. Conquistate ben undici categorie in quattro generi diversi, e non solo. Grazie a queste candidature, l’interprete di Don’t Break My Soul arriva a collezionare ben novantanove nominations in carriera: un vero record. Per il rock troviamo grandi nomi, tra cui Green Day, Rolling Stones e Beatles che con Now and Then potrebbero conquistare le categorie Record of The Year e Best Rock Performance. Ma anche i nuovi volti del genere come Fontaines D.C. e Idles. Passando invece al miglior brano, Lady Gaga e Bruno Mars con Die With a Smile dovranno vedersela – tra gli altri – con Birds of a Feather di Billie Eilish, Fortnight di Taylor Swift e Post Malone e Good Luck Babe! di Chappel Roan.
